Course Format
Courses will be delivered in a hybrid format with all theoretical content available online and practical components delivered face to face with GLA:D tutors over one day.
​
Participants will have at least 2 weeks to complete 7-8 hours of online materials before the practical day.
**Completion of these components is a requirement to attend the practical day.
​
Course Fee: €330 per participant.

Understand the latest research on the degenerative process associated with osteoarthritis.

Understand the latest knowledge and evidence on osteoarthritis management strategies.

How neuromuscular exercises can be used in the context of osteoarthritic changes.

How to assist individuals to implement the neuromuscular stability into their every day lives.

Processes for registering programme participants in the GLA:D® Ireland database.

How to implement the programme at a clinic, in a hospital, or in another appropriate setting.
